"I am 83 years old and can no longer lift 40lbs bags of salt for my water softener so I called Ackuritlabs in mid March of this year to see if I could get a water softener that did not use salt and the gentleman came out and sold me that did not use salt to replace the salt one that I had. After about a month my water was not soft so I took a sample to them and they told me to wait for 3 months because sometimes it takes that long for the softener to work." ... Read full review
