      Very nice and went over everything with me. The only thing is, I wish the morning appointment person would be able to call thirty minutes in advance. I work nights and every bit of sleep is important to me. I still pick the morning so I can get things done for the rest of the day. But if other appointments can be called for a heads up, I don't understand why the morning appointment can't either. Thanks.

      We see that you had an issue with a CO detector and we scheduled a technician to go out today and make sure everything is working properly for you. We're sorry you feel we may have not provided satisfactory service.

      Your sorry that I feel that you have not provided satisfactory service? Your alarm system hasn't worked correctly since the day it was installed. The day it was installed Your supervisor came to look at the system and couldn't figure out why it did work properly. This system is useless!

      I called safetouch security the salesman came to my house did a presentation. He went over the contract with me! He never explained to me that they were charging me any money up front! He told me they would be charging me a prorated for the month November and 69 dollars a month plus tax. Safetouch charged my credit card $818 without letting me know! I called them immediately after installing to let them know I was having problems. I called the manager and was basically called a liar and hung up on! I called back and was told someone would call me back maybe a week from now! I dont feel very secure!!! I dont feel like my security is important to them!!! Terrible!!They never ever told me about $818 dollars up front! Ever!!! I am disgusted!!!

      SafeTouch Security has been terrible as a security alarm company. It is way over-priced and you are locked in to a 6 year contract. The first panel I had almost burned my house down and had to be replaced. **************** is terrible, you are placed on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time and often hung up on. They do not want to offer service call appointments on Saturdays, they would rather you take time off from your job and travel from another state to meet when it is convenient for them. Final straw, system that cost so much money, needed to be upgraded, as 3G will no longer work with cell towers. It took me 2 months of calling to get a Saturday appointment scheduled. I am then told it is going to cost another $200 to make the upgrade, which they decided to waive after I was going to cancel. Then along comes Hurricane ***. I had to cancel my appointment as it was not prudent to follow the storm from ** to **. The agent I spoke with never told technician I canceled, he called to let me know he was on his way... When I attempted to re-schedule, I was told I had to wait for a supervisor to again approve a Saturday appointment. Never received a call. I called again and the agent told me that "the Hurricane was not that bad," insinuating I should not have canceled my appointment. I then called ADT and they were willing to come and install new alarm ASAP, on a Saturday, with more features, for less money. I emailed 10/3 to shut of service 11/5, more than 30 days in advance. I am billed around middle of month. I called 11/5 about receiving a refund for partial month unused, was told I would be called back, ha. After more than a week I called, and after 30 plus minutes on hold was told I did not give them 30 days notice and no pro-rated refund would be given. Poor customer service and total rip-off right till the end. As the crooks say in the commercial, "I hate SafeTouch." Wow ***************************, it is sad how much you hate your customers, and love only their money.
