"We have had to have them come out multiple times to repair the new roof that was put on, and it has been 17 months since the city failed the inspection and they still have NOT gotten it resolved and the permit closed, but I should not be surprised because it took them 15 months to get the correctly sized glass for the skylight (I was left with a temporary cover that all noise came through and sounded HORRIBLE during the rain for OVER a YEAR)BE VERY CAREFUL with selecting a contractor. Make sure whoever you select will actually follow through with the entire process."
