If possible I would not leave 1 star. This company is a sham. They were to build a deck for me. Contract was signed in 6/2/22. They finally came & dug 6 holes in October. The contract did not even include tearing out old deck and the way it was written this deck could have cost over $50,000. Luckily my friends told me what was happening & I refused to let them back on my property. I paid $17,000 & was refunded $950. Was suppose to get the window I purchased but that was supposedly taken to another ********** are holding it hostage because of their legal action against same company. I truly hope this will keep others from getting scammed !!)

It is unfortunate you feel this way, however you seem to left out we had to hire and engineer because your deck is above three foot off the ground and requires a building permit. We also had to apply for a permit. All of those items take time and we do not control those departments. As far as you say, you know what is happening, yes the economy is out of control. Most cost have doubled since pre covide and continue to rise. We have actually cut our cost to try and offset some of the inflation that has been going on. Also when you requested to cancel a contract that is not a contract you can cancel after we started the work, I agreed to mutually terminate the agreement. This is something we could have fought, but because of your health and it seems apparent some days you seem confused, I felt it was the correct thing to do. We did fulfill our agreement we both agreed to. So saying we have should have no stars is hard to be true, when we were never given a chance to build a deck with concrete footers, and tieing into a very large triangle deck turning it into a square deck with a new framed roof that is tied into your existing roof. So 50K for baskily a new room with a ceiling and electric for fans and drawings and a permit , yes cost that much these days. So if we are going to tell the story, its a lot more than a deck. Being we have settled our business, this complaint should be disregarded as we both signed an agreement and we both have satisfied that agreement.

This company is terrible. They broke and installed doors and French doors incorrectly. They painted my mothers house the wrong color. They also never came back to fix the things they broke and didnt install correctly. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional, hence the reason they are not BBB accredited. Please dont use them. I wouldnt give them one star but had to in order to leave a review.

We have no idea who this person is. We have not painted anyone's house the wrong color, nor installed any doors incorrectly. I think they have us confused with someone else. We have no ***************************** as a customer. We are sorry that this has happened to someone, but we have no idea what this is about.
