I researched this company, as I was about to let them begin to remodel my shower. ***** was very pleasant and helpful. However, they only accept Zelle, Cash App, Check, and Cash, and wanted 1/2 of payment up front before starting. When she sent the contract, I decided to do some digging before paying half of the cost for them to start. On the $6,500 quote that they sent me, at the bottom it states that they are BBB Accredited with an A+. However, when I searched, there were two profiles for R Solution Contractor: One as a remodeler (an F), and another as a Contractor (A-), but with the same name, and different address than the one on the quote. This was suspicious to me, so I looked up their license, and found an **** ***** ****** (the actual contractor), and found that he is eligible to sit for the exam, but is not an actual contractor. I won't speculate on this review, but you can probably read through the lines. I am fine with someone remodeling my shower if they are not licensed, but I have a problem with being misled.Lastly, I searched through the ********************* and found several people who like me, were asked to pay (and did pay) half up front, but the service was not completed. They also stated that the Company stopped answering the phone. When you look for yourself, type in the name **** ***** and **** ****** (he goes by both).Be sure to do your research before paying anything!

Horrible unprofessional company. This company did my mother's kitchen and it was the worst. Her kitchen looked downgraded the light fixture's were done wrong and they never came out to fix the problems. There were so many things wrong and nothing was repaired.
