    We had our annual termite inspection scheduled yesterday between 3-5pm. *** called at 1 asking if he could come early I told him no, I wasnt home and that I scheduled 3-5pm for a reason. I told him I might make it home a bit before 3. Turns out he went to my house anyhow (we saw him on camera) and went ahead and did the outside part and waited on me to get home.for 2 hours. Just not super comfortable with someone doing what is best for them (he even told me he had other jobs he needed to get to and thats why he was trying to come early) vs coming at the scheduled time. Do I pay you or is it the other way around? ??????? I called the office and asked them to ask him to leave and requested they send someone else out for the inspection because I no longer trusted him coming into my home, but they ignored my request and sent him anyhow. He did leave but still arrived back early at 2:45. Weve had other issues with them as well, to include having an unnecessary hole cut in the wall of the master bedroom.
