    BEWARE!!!!!! There is noone available to call for assistance which in turn creates more work for candidate. They make you go through this whole application process only to turn down your application and make you RETAKE 40 HOURS OF TRAINING! Then you need to RETAKE competency exam. The process just to take the exam is unnecessary, tedious and preventing me from prgressing forward more efficiently in my careeer. This is effecting my livelihood as I cant get paid what i deserve until this is done and i am a stay at home Mom of four kids. Horrible requirements and lack of customer service!!!
