      Terrible. Our delivery was scheduled for August 11th, the day we drove up and helped her move in. We did this because our daughter had scheduled must attend plans starting on the 13th. Her window was a ridiculous ****pm. No one showed. No one called. Dispatch when we called them said not their fault because driver not responsive. The next day the same thing. Then this from our daughter on the 13th Im so mad right now they say if they dont deliver it today Im gonna have to pay a late fee and the next day they can deliver is August 25. I am never using this company again they cant keep treating people like this is ridiculous.
