    **************** is horrible! After family members and myself doing business with this establishment for 23+ years, the handed down generations of owners attitudes and customer service is pathetic. After 6 phone calls in a week's time, I finally got an appointment scheduled to move 2 refrigerators between 2 houses. I was supposed to be the first call/appointment of the day. The movers (2 of them) showed up at 11:45am. They were both inexperienced and had no clue what they were doing or how to do it. I myself, had to provide tools that they should have had, had to take a house door off hinges because they said that was the only way to get the fridge out. The house door didn't have to come off when it got delivered a year ago... I told them they just needed to take the fridge doors off, they said no, it would be easier to take the house door off. After the house door came off, they looked at me with a dumbfounded look and said oh, the fridge doors need to come off. Then I had to transport glass fridge shelves in my car to the other house because they had no place in the back of their truck to put them where they wouldn't get busted in transport. At the other house, they laid the fridge and freezer doors on the floor in my dining and living room while they were trying to figure out how to take the fridge/freezer doors off the fridge in that house. Meanwhile, 2 hours + have gone by already. Then they realize they don't have the right tools to take the doors off so they had to go to Ace Hardware to buy tools! Meanwhile, I call the business and complain about 2 clueless idiots that they sent for this move, was told their employees are very knowledgeable about their jobs, they are not idiots, and a supervisor would speak to me. After being on hold a few minutes, the supervisor wasn't around (imagine that) so one of the owners gets back on the phone and tells me that nothing is going to make me happy. Don't do business with ***** Munroe, they are horrible!
