    I hired Esposito on 9/20/23 to build a large retaining wall and install proper drainage in my backyard. My existing wooden wall had collapsed after a strong storm. Ralph E******* designed a fine-looking concrete retaining wall project. Because of its magnitude, it was very expensive. Esposito's CEO Mary K**** herself visited the site. I paid Esposito over $60K. But early in 2024, my dirty pool and drainage problems were back. Further communication was so poor that I hired a construction attorney to help mediate. Repeated attempts at getting the project completed as per contract failed. All I got is shotty work that not only structurally but also as far as optics left much to be desired. On 7/24 my attorney submitted a formal Notice of Breach of Contract that gave Esposito one month to complete the work and submit all relevant job materials. He clearly explained that I wanted the job's completion, not court. He never received even an acknowledgement of the Notice and the deadline passed without any action. I then hired a contractor for the job to the tune of $20K. The final numbers for this project, including contractor work and attorney fees, are dizzying.
    I couldn't have done more to bridge the communication gap. Esposito did nothing to solve the completion issues. The workers sent twice for half an hour to my property (I was home) didn't have a clue about what they were doing or about the project as a whole. My attorney’s many professional and courteous appeals were not taken seriously and were eventually ignored. Potential customers should know about my terrible ordeal with Esposito's drainage department. There is nothing they could say to me now after more than a year of good will attempts to have my issues resolved. That ship has sailed. Reputations are maintained by good work and genuine response to customer's legitimate grievances. A massive project like the one I embarked with Esposito deserved at least that much.

    Charged 1500 dollars to fix a drainage issue. Original work was spotty. Gave them a chance to correct the visual issue we saw, they did. Work described vs work completed was very underwhelming. After a major storm realized issue had not been fixed. Tried to call no answer from father or son. Called another department in the same company they reached out personally to ownership. No answer no resolve out a lot money they dont seem to care.
