    First and foremost before you put any money down please be advised that you will NOT receive your deposit back! You can clean up and clean out all you want too but they will still withhold your deposit! This is the only place I ever lived where they scam you out of your deposit, I received confirmation that it would be returned, I received a alleged confirmation number as well as a two week deadline that the check would guaranteed be in the mail. I moved out 3 months ago and have yet to receive my deposit returned. According to their reviews several past tenants have had their security deposit stolen and I am currently trying to get in touch with those individuals so we can together take these people to court! Take photos and keep all photos in case needed for court purposes. Document every conversation and every work order. 6 months into the lease I had a list of work orders that needed completion, they were never completed! The previous office manager and secretary walked out due to not being paid after months of promise to pay! If they don't want to pay their workers why am I not surprised they don't want to return deposits! The place is infested with bugs, and break ins on a regular basis. Twice someone tried to break into our home while we were home! Rent was never late, always paid on time. I deserve the same respect!
