    We hired your company to remove the sod and replace it with stone on our front lawn.. They got started by chopping and hacking the lawn to remove the sod and chopped THROUGH ( in 2 places ) my cable wire AND MY NEIGHBORS. Also, our next door neighbor hired your company for the same work and they chopped through their cable AND MINE! We were out of service for two days. The crew were VERY young and it wasn't very long before their supervisor disappeared for hours at a time. The last day, he shows up just before the crew is about to leave and yelled at them for doing a lousy job ( and it was ) of raking smooth the rock in our back yard. He had to bring them back into the yard and finish it. They were young and COMPLETELY unsupervised and the shoddy work showed. The ground was not leveled at all. No root pulling. Just throw out the cheap weed mat, do a VERY sloppy job of pinning it down. Big gaps and excess weedmat. The weedmat was six inches short of the street. Bumps and lumps all over. There was so much dirt in the rock that the weeds could grow very easily. Good rock should NOT contain dirt. Between the gaps in the weedmat, the dirt on TOP of the weedmat and the lack of a sufficient layer of rock ( some spots had less 1 inch of rock ) the weeds could grow uninhibited. It soon became unmanageable. Text messages to the supervisor were a complete waste of time as was phone calls. The texts on June 6 and again on July 28 texts were obviously ignored. In the mean time we were pulling weeds almost constantly.The owner of the company finally were able to get here to look at this and you said he didn't know why we had all these weeds.He said that you would come back in a week with some powerful weed killer. He never showed up. After a week we called and were told he was out of town. More stalling and excuses and we just decided to stop all this and have it done right. This entire project has been mishandled and your staff was completely unprofessional.
