Apex was absolutely awful to work with. I will never work with them again. It took them more than 6 months longer than projected to do the work. They forgot to submit the permit for 2 months. They didn't include things in the price that should have been included, and came back to nickel and dime afterwards. The submitted a new invoice almost a year later and threatened to put a lien on the house when I pushed back. They are terrible and I will tell everyone I can that.

My pool cement is cracking and sinking into the ground. The pool company said it's not there falt. The pool is only 2.5 years old. This is ridicules, how could it not be the fault of the installers? There is another problem that they committed on the pouring of the cement on the patio of the pool. They poured it level to the top of the patio, not to the concrete underneath, which would have been the correct hight for me to level the wooden deck, in stead It throws it off by 5 inches which in return creates a lip that I have tripped over, several times. When I called the owner of the Company, he told me that the guy who poured the concrete said that he did a good job. "WHAT ELSE WOULD SOMEONE SAY"my regrets are staggering. I've posted the same information on the local cities web-sites, and quite a few people thanked me for the information and they will not use them and spread the word. Please help me, I know there are others who have had problems with APEX. Thank you for anything in advance. **** and *****
