  I paid in full for a job which was not accurately completed. They informed me after I paid them in full that they would not install my pool area downspouts. If I had I been informed by the company during the quoting process about this I would have never agreed to utilize their services. I then agreed to allow them to complete the pool area work at an additional cost. But they never followed through with the completion. I called three times for assistance, but they never provided accurate information for a completion date. Only after I told them to finally complete the job or I would seek out a different company, was when they called me back to arrange a visit. I was then not confrontable with them returning to my home and contracted out a different company which immediately came out and completed the work. I strongly do not recommend TK gutters to anyone.**************

  Had new gutters put on my cottage and they leak. No call back or response from them.

  I had them install gutters around the entire perimeter of the roof including downspouts and extensions. I was in need of a repair after a couple of years and was told that their minimum service call to repair was $500 to roll out a truck with men. I was quite disappointed with their policy and wished they told me at the time of contract that was their policy, I wouldnt have hired them! I am loyal to contractors I hire to come back when in need of service, but this repair policy for a previous customer seemed a bit unfair and I believe this policy should have been disclosed upfront when I had the whole house done! They are not loyal to their previous customers!
