  Save your money and your time. This is not a responsible company to do busines with.I had to wait about a year from the original promised date of completion for installation and then I had to refuse to pay them until they cleaned up their terrible mess. They said they were not responsible to clean up their mess, even though all during the installation they promised me it would all be cleaned up by the time they left. I thought I was paying for hurricane proof windows to keep my family and my home safe.One window did not even survive the recent impact weather on this past Christmas time of 12/24 and 12//25, when following the storm all of the paneling surrounding one poorly manufactured, or poorly installed window allowed water/rain to flood in to warm and swell my paneling in the corner of the living room.The paneling swelled below, to the left and the right, symmetrically around the window to where there is no doubt that the window leakage caused the damage.This company says they are not responsible. I say they need to repair and replalce all my living room paneling since it is no longer available at the stores.**** the owner of the company did not come inside to see the damage but performed a water test where he sprayed a small amount of water on the bottom window pane where he said he would see if it came inside. Of course it did not. Glass is water proof. It took impact rain to breach the window. They are RESPONSIBLE for the damage.

  Thank you for expressing your feelings and sharing your experience. The windows were installed July 2021, all went well. Inspections passed. Warranty information and Care and Maintenance instructions were provided. The window appeared to be covered in rust, scale and hard water stains, same for the window screen. The entire surrounding area was super saturated. The irrigation system has been over watering or watering the window for enough time to create damage to the screen, frame and glass. A water test was performed for three minutes.  I would not enter the home as i am severely allergic to cats and pet hair. As much as i love the animals, i will suffer immensely when i experience their presence.  I cleared the weep holes as best as possible. I hope that helps in the future. I was told a handy man added caulk to where the window meets the concrete block/stucco sill. I saw no signs of water intrusion. Please contact a leak detection company I am concerned the wall may have water seeping in or worse water could be running down the wall from above.
