  Ric from Black Swan Refunds really came through for me! VERY professional in helping to recover money due from the county tax collectors office. He took his time explaining the process to me. He helped me to avoid further trouble on other parcels. His fee was quite reasonable especially considering they did 100% of the research and work. I give them my highest recommendation! Anyone considering using them is welcome to contact me if they are unsure.

  ***** reached out to me about my Dad having a property in ******* that went to a tax deed sale. After explaining the process and what happened, he gave me all the info I requested and also provided me with info about their company, references and never once pressured me. I connected him to my Dad who got every bit of service they promised and then some and then to top it off they gave me a referral fee. I couldnt be happier and would recommend them without a doubt.   I couldn't possibly say enough nice things about Black Swan Refunds and Jesse ******. I owned property in Florida that had been overlooked and forgotten about due to divorce and other life circumstances. The land had long been paid off, but the county wants their annual taxes, well annually.
  The land was sold off for the back taxes. Within hours of the tax auction of my property, yes hours, I started to receive calls from companies wanting to help me recover the excess funds due to me. Some of the caller were outright deceitful, claiming I had very little time to act and I should hire them immediately or else I'd regret it.
  A few days go by and a get a call from Jesse at Black Swan. Like every other call I let it go to voice mail. When I listen to the message, I was immediately struck with how different it was from every other company's pitch. There was no pressure or insincerity in the callers voice. I was so impressed with what I heard, I called back immediately. I am so glad I did. Jesse is as honest and hard working as a person could be. Everything was handled by him, I had to do little more than sign papers and wait for the county to release the money. Jesse explained exactly how things would proceed and when and how long different legal things took. Communication between myself and Black Swan was perfect and almost immediate every time. Black Swan was right up front about how much their fee would be and that there would be no hidden expenses. Other companies were vague or had conditions regarding their fees and would not give me a guarantee of what the final cost would be. I am extremely happy with the work Jesse and Black Swan did for me, and if you hire them,
  you will too. They earned and they are deserving of every dollar they received for the efforts on my behalf. You should hire them too !

  Are you sitting there asking the question is this legit or for real? Let me tell you my experience with Ric at Black Swan Refunds. I received a telephone call, just like you asking for help in locating an individual. Ric explained about his business about how they return money back to individuals that maybe don't realize they have extra money just sitting out there. He preceded to tell me there was a finders fee of $1000 if the client replied back and he was able to help them. I'm thinking ok, is this guy really for real? I gave him the information he was asking for and forgot all about him and the conversation we had. I received the phone call, that the information I gave him was helpful, and as promised he would be sending me my finders fee of $1000. Still skeptical? One week later, I received my check for $1000. Happy early Christmas present for me!
