- Additional Info:BBB files indicate that the products listed in this BBB Business Profile have a pattern of complaints concerning: Non delivery of products that have been paid for. Complaints filed by consumers state that they signed up for and paid for specialty tags and never received their order.
BBB contacted the business in March 2022 about the pattern of complaints, but have not received a response at this time. Beginning June 17, 2022 the business has an automatic alert to emails that states the following:
DUE TO ILLNESS, WE HAVE SUSPENDED TAKING FURTHER ORDERS UNTIL THE BACKLOG OF EXISTING ORDERS CAN BE CLEARED. PLEASE VISIT YOUR LOCAL DMV/TAX COLLECTOR'S OFFICE AND CONTINUE TO SUPPORT FLORIDA'S SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATE PROGRAM.
