    Still Awaiting Final Payment from ARC.I entered into a settlement agreement with ARC Automation in late 2024, which included a structured payout schedule through April 1, 2025. While initial payments were made, as of April 9, 2025, the final payment has not been received.I have upheld all agreed-upon terms, including removing public content per the agreement. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, ARC has been unresponsive regarding the outstanding ********* sharing this experience to inform others to exercise caution and ensure any agreements with ARC are upheld and enforceable. I remain open to resolving this matter amicably and will update this review if payment is received. These are factual events that have happened.When I go to **** website now it states "Effective April 1st, 2025, ARC Automation LLC has formally assigned all active client contracts, operational responsibilities, and support services to ************************ (***)."
