I've used Phillips A/C & Heating for over a decade, at my home and my mother's condo. Service has always been prompt, thorough, and repairs have been completed without delay. In fact I've always been impressed with how quickly a technician appears (critical in Florida). There has never been a "no show" or delayed part acquisition or multiple visits to complete a repair. Now that their appointment reminder - on the way - arrival time - completion notifications plus billing is fully on-line start to finish we were less than 2 hrs with the AC functioning again. (At 12 years old the original capacitor in the compressor, purchased through Phillips, required replacement. Very satisfied - excellent service.Phillips Air Conditioning & Heating
