    Terrible. Poor attitude and poor service. Eric S**** lists as permanently closed on google because he does not like people walking into his office. Burned out and tired of being a surveyor? Just retire. Don’t terrorize clients with poor service and rudeness.

    We had an employee that took it upon himself to create and control my ****** Maps listing. I told him to remove it and I am stuck with that listing. He is no longer an employee and I have contacted ****** to remove or be able to modify with no luck. 

    We typically do not take foot traffic due to the amount of work we have with new construction.The current labor shortage has made it hard on us to take foot traffic and still provide the service needed for our builders. We are over 3 to 4 weeks out on foot traffic and no one is happy with it. We do not take extra money to put people to the front of the line, which seems to be what people think is acceptable. There are also a lot of factors that clients do not realize that can delay projects that we have no control over.

    We do over 40% of the new construction in ******** and ************* with the 8 builders we currently serve. We are also the one if not only surveyor in town that actually answers the phone, at least thats what I hear. We can't keep everyone happy,  we try, but no one is perfect.
