  I have used this company a couple times and find them very knowledgeable reliable and reasonably priced. Irrigation issues were located and resolved in a timely manner with competitive pricing. Will use them for all my irrigation and well needs

  Contracted to correct sprinklers, grade front yard and lay sod. Constant no show, no call. Did partial work but never returned or called to finish the job. Refuses to refund amount paid for grading that was never completed. My 92 year old mom is out of luck and had to contract another company.

  Tech arrived Tuesday, nice guy. Walked through my system, told me he was going to get me back to 8 zones because having 12 heads on one zone kills the life of my well. He also informed me that in order to get all zones working correctly he would have to run new wire to the valve box from my timer, replace 4 valves and change a couple of heads. He ensured me he would do a thorough check of all zones , spray heads and rotors upon completion. Got a quote of $975 and he agreed to come 7:30 am the next day (Wednesday) Wednesday comes and he shows up as promised, runs the new wire and Very quickly and rushed checks all zones. He did not get me back to the 8 zones discussed and when I asked why the contradictory answer I got is “it looks like it has good pressure” even though the prior day it was damaging my well and a big deal? He did not do a thorough check of All heads and zones as promised… I still have rotors not turning, pop ups leaking, clogged heads and I requested that the pop ups along my driveway be dug out and made functional as well - he insisted there were no heads there!? I live here, I know I have them….. not to mention he took a bag of miracle gro potting soil my wife had at the back of the house to plant flowers and used 1/2 the bag as backfill dirt for around where he dug out the valve box without asking or saying a word! He was under such pressure to get to the next job I felt bad BUT I feel slighted. I discussed this with him as the job is 80-90% done and he stated he could come back another day (4th visit) so I agreed, paid him and tipped him $50 in good faith. Right now as I type this there are 3 leaky pop ups, 5 clogged heads, 1 rotor that is not rotating, 1 rotor I requested to be replaced (not done) and I would like the pop ups along my driveway in working order as well as breaking up the zones in my side yard so I have the 8th zone like discussed and promised. I should not have paid until the job was complete 100%.

  Not just unprofessional, but VERY unstable!I left this business a review on ******* the owner responded (& changed it a few times) lying & now today, called me to harrass me on my voicemail.1st: 1 of the worst ************* I've ever experienced.The owners wife, called to ask me if ***** could come earlier & I said yes. Was supposed to be 3:30 but he was coming at 1. No problem.I met him outside. At first i didn't realize he was an Irrigation company - a car pulled up & a man was walking up the driveway very fast saying something about being in his wife's car, his trucks were out on jobs, let's see what you've got.So I'm kind of stunned not sure if he needs his truck to actually DO the job since his wife told me they would estimate, walk me through it & then go ahead and do the work - all in the same day if I agree to prices.SO when he was ready to "let's do it" I tried to ask can you still do it? -- he got SUPER irritated! WHAT! Why not?He was grabbing his card back out of my hand & telling me to get someone else before I knew what hit me!Why not, in my mind was maybe he didn't have what he might need in the car if "all of his trucks were on jobs"? If he needs parts etc - I don't know? That's why I'm asking But this guy is off his rocker! Talking super fast, NO patience. Can't take a breath to listen or comprehend. He goes off!Do yourself a favor & call someone that doesn't need tranquilizers. There are too many other irrigation companies to have to deal with lunatics with rage issues. omg.UPDATE #1 Received a notice from Security with a photo of the car he was driving, stating that he was observed well over the speed limit coming ********* was not only fined $100 but banned from this community for 90 days. UPDATE #2 6/9/2023 He called me leaving me threatening messages His behavior NOW is violating the ****** Business Profile TOS AND at this point he's behaving in a manner that is against the law. I do not take anything that he is doing lightly.
