  BBB is our go-to website whenever we need a professional service company. You have never disappointed us! Your recommendation of PROPERTY SERVICES GC was well taken and we could not have had a better experience! we often hear of companies and workers who don't have the work ethic of years ago...but that was not the case with our recent experience. ***** and one of his crews, headed by ****, proved to be the most thorough and efficient construction workers that we have ever worked with! They knew what they had to do and rallied their workers to get the job done. It was a two-month process, as we knew it would be...but they stayed on task and the result has been very gratifying (we were in a situation where we could have lost three floors of outside decking from years of undiscovered rotting beneath the pillars and siding. Not expecting such a major expense to occur with our home as the holidays were approaching, we worked with owner *****, who started the job while we were in the financing application process so that we wouldn't lose a great deal of time. We were able to meet all payment deadlines and the work remained on track until the project was finished. This company proved that they are reputable and that they know what they are doing. We highly recommend them, especially for all the homes located on the water that suffer from the windstorms, flooding, and effects of living on the coast.

  Excellent work done by Property Services GC! We had a mother-in-law suite added to our house last year. It was a somewhat complex build as we used one existing bedroom and covered porch which were turned into a great room consisting of a living room and kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and an island. This phase of the project required opening an exterior load bearing wall. The next phase, an adjoining bedroom was added with bathroom including a walk-in tub, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is. We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project. We highly recommend Property Services GC and plan to use them when we build a new house in the future.
