    This company solicited us while working in the neighborhood. We signed a proposal/contract to have them cut 1 tree down and trim another broken tree. Their estimator was a very nice guy. He came back a couple of times (to have us sign contract and to show a worker what was ti be done). He told us they probably wouldnt be there before 4 p.m. and we said that was fine. We spent 1 1/2 hours clearing up the area where they would be working. At 6:00 p.m. I called to see if they would be coming and left a request for return call. About 9:30 a.m. the next day I left another request for a return call. They never showed up and never returned our calls. After looking them up from their card and the contract I found they had several complaints. Like others, I could find no proof that they were licensed and insured as they told us and as shown on their card. Also, the website they show doesnt exist. If they dont honor their contracts and **** even return a phone call, they dont value their business very much-such simple things to do.
