I reached out to Bravenly b/c I was charged shipping for 2 orders. And sent 2 orders in 1 package. The 2 pdf invoices show shipping at $8.99 + $7.99 = $16.98. However, when I received the 2 orders in 1 package, there was a "fulfillment slip" that shows I paid $8.99 for shipping. It does not show the combined amount I paid for shipping. Which is $16.98. ($8.99 + $7.99 = $16.98). I placed 2 separate orders on 2 separate days (1 day following the next over the weekend). Rightfully so, I was charged for 2 separate shipping fees. When the products came in the mail, they were combined into one package with a "fulfillment slip" showing a 1-time shipping charge of $8.99.I asked the Bravenly Team for the difference of $7.99 to be credited. And I also noted, the "Fulfillment Slip" (apparently not the same as an invoice) does not reflect my bank statement. To please send an updated invoice that shows both orders combined with two shipping charges.I was denied the $7.99 credit and told they were not allowed to send me an accurate invoice. --they were unable to modify the order".Response for invoice:"While we would like to be able to help you with this invoicing issue, we do not have a way to combine two separate order invoices into one. These were ordered on separate days with different time stamps and we cannot modify orders once they are placed. The ship-station packing slip that is generated is for Fulfillment purposes only and does not always reflect the actual price of the items ordered. For example, bundles have alternate pricing than stand alone items and are generally listed on packing slips as $0. Again, the packing slip is for the Fulfillment team to be able to pick/pack/ship an order and is not an actual invoice."Response for shipping:Shipping charges are composed of handling fees and packing processes, also. It is not created as shipping alone. Occasionally orders combine, but all the handling and packaging fees attached to each order still apply.

Distributors can use products you paid for to give to others and tell you your order isnt in when in fact it is. Robbing ***** to pay ****. I requested to return my order several times to be ignored. I requested a call back to no avail. Only emails generically received. Completely disgusting customer service! Management doesnt care when a brand partner lies and keeps your order for several weeks, delivering after you tell them you filed a credit card claim. Management still wont call me after several requests.

We understand how frustrating it must have been for you to have a disagreement with your friend which resulted in a delay in you receiving the products that you had shipped to her house. We are sure that wasn't a pleasant experience between the two of you. We are glad to have been informed that you do indeed now have the products you ordered from her in your possession.  As our customer service specialists and management team mentioned in the numerous emails back and forth with you over the last week, you are still very much within your window to return products in accordance with our generous return policy. We sent you all the necessary information to do so and are anxiously awaiting your return to arrive in order to process your refund. Please reply to the customer service ticket should you have any difficulty or need any information regarding shipping the products back for your refund. We would be happy to resend the instructions. We are very thankful for all of our thousands of customers and know how unpleasant it can be when there are issues that we are unable to help resolve between individuals. We will await your shipment and process your refund in a timely manner. Have a wonderful new year!

Be aware of bad Boost Brew. Easy to order, you pay for the product and shipping. If you get bad product, you have to send back paying for postage and they claim to have a 10% restocking fee from the money you spent on product alone. A business cannot restock open product. Not a hundred percent guarantee you will get good product nor all your money back, nor will you be allowed to exchange. Consumers beware.
