    Late on Oct 09 2024 Hurricane Milton pushed our huge oak tree onto the roof of our house. At 1:00 am Thursday morning I began leaving messages on tree services answering machines. About 10:00 am Ray the salesman for Progessive Tree Care called. I explained our predicament. He was at our house within an hour. He went over the whole operation with us and explained the pricing. Friday morning (can you believe it - one day after the storm) the crew was here just like Ray said they would be. Within 4 to 4 1/2 hrs they had cut and craned huge sections of the tree over the roof, dropped them into the street and cut into smaller sections. I just had to take some videos. Like artists at work. Andy (the owner) running the crane and Conner up in the tree talking on their headsets. What an operation. Gently shaking the branches as they were lifting so as not to snap the electric/cable lines. Same with our chimney and skylights. Tamayo and Walter of the ground crew got the huge sections cut up and off the street to the curb so traffic could continue going by. Wow. My wife and I are still amazed. We feel Blessed that Progressive Tree Care answered our call of distress. Sounds kinda weird, I know. But we were in a bit of a panic and they took care of everything. Ray has even called twice and stopped by once just to make sure we are good with everything. If we could give 10 stars we would. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks.     We absolutely loved our service from Progressive Tree Care! ****** was very professional and gave us all our options. Not pushy at all and offered us a great price on a package trimming. Very happy with the way our trees look and we'll continue to use Progressive Tree Care for our future tree needs.

    ISA/TRAQ ********* arborist ********************* is the best arborist in ************, ******** and surrounding counties! She's always on time for an appointment, is an excellent communicator, writes the best reports and knows all things trees. She is also a person of her word. If she says something, you can bet on it.     Progressive Tree Care did a wonderful job removing a large decaying oak tree that was damaging our driveway and sidewalk, potentially falling and damaging our home.The professionalism of the team and the equipment used was outstanding.Everything was completed above and beyond our expectations.****** and his team did a great job cleaning up all debris and made sure everything was spotless.
