    Lied from the minute he started talking to me. Kept telling me he would clean up all the weeds and vines and remove from my yard. I asked for an invoice and the invoice stated he was going to charge me for mulch, remove 7 palm trees, all debris, etc. I agreed to the price, and he only removed 4 palm trees. He stated that if I wanted all the weeds removed, I should let him remove all my shrubs then he would replace them free of charge. After removing all my shrubs, he then said he would replant with new shrubs at cost. Then he changed the invoice to read 20 bags of pine bark mulch @ $4 each but never delivered. When I asked about the mulch, he claimed he had removed that from the "new" invoice. He also wanted to charge me extra to remove trash stating that trash was not the same as debris. He constantly made changes, ruined my fence, removed plants and trees that I didn't want him to remove, and when I complained about it and the missing mulch, he literally cried about it on the phone and said I took away the fence replacement project from him. That was a different invoice and after agreeing to one price, he started making changes to it and added extra costs. So, I decided to cut my losses and hire someone else to replace the fence. I had to because he damaged the gate and I have a pool so by law, I have to have a fence.
