- Additional Info:In July 2017, it has come to BBB's attention that a pattern of complaints received from customers allege issues with improper services provided.
Specifically, consumers stated they were contacted by IRS after audits were made on previous years' tax returns completed by the business. Consumer complaints state that IRS informed them their tax return numbers were inflated. Consumers made requests to the business for assistance in contacting the IRS, in order to substantiate the completed tax returns in question. Consumer complaints have stated that due to the business not contacting the IRS, the inflated amounts had to be paid back by the consumers.
In July 2017, in response to a recent complaint, the business stated they will be unavailable until further notice.
