    I bought a house in Oct 2018. I wanted the garage floor finished before I moved in. The day we closed, Duane came in, fixed several cracks, ground the floor (essential) and installed his product. He talked me into doing a "full flake" application. Fast forward a few years now, my floor still looks AMAZING. I wasn't expecting the finish to look as good as it does. I wasn't expecting that the cracks are still repaired. I almost feel like the finish itself is keeping the cracks at bay. If you look really closely in just the right light at just the right angle, you can see where they were. Again, amazing! I don't write reviews - this is my first one. My reason for writing this is I feel like Duane's product is better than any other I've seen and to this day, I walk into my garage and the floor beams back in all its glory. A few people have asked about my floor and I told them about Cool Concepts. I feel like I owe it to Duane to write this up! I have some before and after photos - not sure if I can upload them here, but I'll try. If you get a floor from Duane - go "full flake", I think you'll love it for years to come as I have.
