    I got a water bill for 28 days for $187.00. My normal bill is $70 and no one was at the house 9 out of the 28 days. They sent me a chart of water usage and all 9 days that we were gone the meter was reading over 50 gallons every 4 hours every day. Our toilets are fine and we have no leaks so they said somebody must have used our water. We have camera in the front and back and would have seen them. I told her nobody uses 500 gallons every 4 hours for 9 days straight but she disagreed. I asked if my meter could be checked and she said it would cost $45 and she only has 1 man reading ***** meters so she didnt know when they could get to it. This is a 55+ community with all single wides and most snowbirds arent even here yet. Who can I contact for help?

    Every moth they shut off my account for late payment they over charge me every month customer service same person do not allow you to contact supervisor is horrible dealing with this department I asked my son to pay the bill and they wont take the payment from him or anyone in my family they are over charging without explaining the bill
