    For those that are starting their home buying or home selling journey, I strongly, strongly recommend reaching out to Realtor *********************** with Billero & Billero Properties -********** first before contacting other Realtors. Why?...because she wants to know your goals. She asks what was important to you. She researches the market/neighborhood/community so you get the most for your home.Like many people today, I wanted to do a "sell by owner" but the reality was - I travel and enjoy my weekends and at some point realized that I needed someone to take lead. But not just any someone (Realtor). *********************** is positively different. She is personable-goal driven-genuine-seasoned-resourceful and above all, looked out for my best financial interest. I rarely leave a review but I read them because there is value and transparency, which is why I wanted to write one.While I was out of town, ***** checked on my home prior to a showing, and discovered my water heater broke. Water everywhere!!! ***** immediately called me and helped me take action. Not only is she a seasoned professional - she had a solid list of "Go To" people that helped rectify the situation and within 48 hours the water mitigation was completed, water heater was replaced, a handyman repaired the walls...etc and within 48 hours- my home was in "ready-to-show" mode. All this while I was out of town. AMAZING!!!I leave you with this- call ***************************** Properties-********** , and ask for Realtor ***********************. Have a conversation as to where you are in the process of selling (or buying) a home. ****, feel free to ask her about my journey, but above all when working with *********************** you get quality and teamwork.
