      I had a very disappointing experience with Designs Cottage Web Design. Their performance was subpar, and they did not assist adequately with the development of my website. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for support, their customer service was poor, leaving me frustrated and with a site that was far from what I had envisioned. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable web design company.

      MAJOR BUYER BEWARE! Read this entire review before considering ***************. You may save yourself thousands of dollars and hours of frustration.Their goal is to profit from unsuspecting customers with little knowledge of website building. Initial prices may seem sweet, but soon you'll be bombarded with calls from their accounts team and "lawyers." They'll push hidden fees on you, claiming it's time-sensitive and essential. They don't disclose any of this upfront. Surprise costs range from $1000 to $4000 USD, and they promise it's the last one, but it's a lie.*************** lacks honesty and transparency, making trust impossible. They'll milk you for money until you put your foot down. Their treatment of clients is appalling and unprofessional. Account manager ****** is unhelpful and evasive. They'll ignore your requests, ***** calls, and surprise you with additional costs. Their in-house lawyer, ****, is a con artist. They'll push for a trademark, even if you already have one, insulting your lawyers in the process.This business is chaotic and disorganized. Scheduling calls is a nightmare, and communication is poor. They use different vendors for billing without explaining the relationship. Always demand written communication and thank yourself later.I stayed as a client, negotiating deals, but they lose interest if you don't pay full price. I paid for a second website, but the first one still isn't finished after nearly a year. Refunds are promised but never delivered. They might be in financial trouble and could very well sink soon. Take your business elsewhere, or make sure your credit card has purchase protection. In my honest opinion, please avoid *************** at all costs. This has been the worst business decision I've ever made. Spare yourself the anger, frustration, anxiety, and cash.STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM ***************.
