    $900 - 05/04/2024 - 05/06/2024 Shorty's Tree service showed up to my doorstep with a business card, I should've googled his LLC. With the numerous 1-star reviews across the internet and committing the same offense to numerous people, I have decided to file my first official complaint against an LLC. He took payment for collecting our yard waste and never came to pick it up. We made multiple attempts to contact him requesting to pick up the yard waste. Eventually, we called **************** and paid an additional $350 for removal. We have attempted to contact ******'s Tree Service multiple times to request a refund for the portion of the services that he did not complete. He has not tried to resolve any of the issues and has not returned our calls. Just cashed the check and ran.

    Shorty Tree service was hired by my neighbor behind me. She had him at her property and they dumped all her branches on my property & never returned to get them causing me hours of work.She had him out again stating that he was sick the last time as the reason he neglected his responsibility.The next time he came out he dropped a branch on my lanai causing damage to the frame & breaking three screens. She nor him reported it to me. I noticed and asked her she said he was supposed to tell ******* was his responsibility. He agreed that he damaged it stating hed get it fixed. But then ignored all my ************ calls. Its been 10 ************ never attempted to fix it or pay for it.He repeatedly lied to me saying hed be by & never showed.

    On 4/10/2023 Came out promised to cut and trim trees around the entire property for $1800. Gave him the money so he could get the dumpster and what he needed. He took the money and never returned.
