    Terrible, stressful and frustrating experience, despite having checked credentials in addition to 3 references. The job encompassed removal of ************* throughout the home and installation of porcelain tile in all rooms. The owners initially indicated that the work would be completed in two weeks. It ended up being double that. While being assured they had purchased a special leveling system to ensure all tiles would be evenly laid, it is very clear that there is significant "lippage" (unevenness) throughout. Many tiles corners are sticking out while some are sunken. We are also noticing numerous pinholes in the grout and white cement seepage. They just don't have the skills to install tile floors.This job was simply too big for this small company. No professional would have left the job as they did, with significant grout not being cleaned up. The floors throughout the house look extremely dirty. Additional $$$ had to be spent to acid wash the floors professionally. Other contractors said this work was sloppy and unprofessional. Please be aware that this company overpromises and under delivers, and we would not hire nor recommend them at all.
