"Absolutely horrific experience buying from this site, as most other reviewers noted, their customer service person is unmatched on how rude, unprofessional and borderline abusive they are, I ordered a set of 30 custom trapper hats, with free shipping and delivery date noted as 4-5 business days from order placement date. 8 days after placing my order, they emailed me asking to approve the proof image, I immediately approved and ship ASAP so it arrives on time for my event (which was 10 days away from the time of the email), they then responded saying I needed to call them and give them my credit card information to pay for 2-day air shipping if I wanted it to arrive on time and added a number of insults and bullying messages in between, they also harassed me via text messages and phone calls." ...
