    Troyan was hired at my ex-husbands request to perform a ****. Both the *** and Court Order listed specific directives regarding how the marital portion was to be issued including the statement date, the dollar amount, on a in-kind, pro rata basis. However, the rough draft that Troyan submitted omitted most of the directives. Specifically, defaulting to a cash amount. Furthermore, the plan administrator was never sent the Court Order by Troyan. When I requested multiple times that the rough draft should mirror the Court Order, I was informed that my request was stylistic in nature. I even consulted with other **** attorneys and they stated that the draft should have reflected the Court Order. However, since Troyan has a monopoly in the **** market and users other **** attorneys to consult with, they are reluctant to push back professionally.

    Troyan doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Calling there is a waste of time. The only time I was able to speak to Mr. Troyan was after my lawyer called and asked that he finally take my call. While Mr. Troyan was very nice, I sent all the information that was requested of me only to never receive any type of response again. It’s been over a month. I sent a final email yesterday requesting an update by the end of day on where we are at in the process, and once again, no response. Horrible, unprofessional, unresponsive company. Do not waste your time.
