  I am very satisified with the service and the individual that was sent out to work on my system. I thought my computer had a virus because of all the problems that were happening. Missing files, just strange unexplainable issues. They came out on time and reviewed everything first. They were very thorough and I am very happy. My issues are fixed and I can continue to work. Nothing more needs to be said.

  I really don't know what to say other than yeah, my computers are working. There was so much over my head that I won't begin to speak words like network repair and computer evaluations. Here is what I do know. I am happy to write this review. My computers are working and my quickbooks now talks to one another. My shared files are on the correct computer now.I will also mention that this company worked relentlessly to ensure that I was up and running the day I called. They were at a dinner with their friends at Longhorn and he took out his laptop and started working on my computers. This was way after they closed. Then he went back to the office and worked until almost midnight to make sure that I was running the next day for work. That is what I call dedication and that is the reason I will be using them again. They then came back the following week, just like they said they would, and finished up everything else that needed to be done and there was a lot. They were here for about 7 1/2 hours. I am so happy they charge by the job and not by the hour.

  No problem.  We are keeping that computer alive as long as we can, especially with the soaring prices of computers.  We have that computer optimized, cleaned up, repaired and working as fast as we can get it.

  My laptop was in dire need and required a computer company to help me out. These guys came out and reviewed it. I am glad they stuck with it. While it took a little longer than what I was hoping it would take, they kept good communication with me the entire time about the delay in getting the parts and even when they were sent parts that failed in a day or two. They kept going and never stopped. I have used them a few times since then and have always been happy with their honesty and ability to continue on with the project. I would suggest them to others as they have treated me right.

  I've been with B2B since they were a Sarasota computer repair company.  They are out of Palmetto now but well worth working with because they do everything.  Anything I've ever needed for the past 15 years, I've relied upon the experts.  The owner is a good friend and a fantastic technical expert.

  I looked for a computer company a year ago and found B2B IT and read the reviews, just like you are now. I have not been disappointed at all. When I call, they answer the phone, when I ask questions, they always have the correct answer. My computers are severely better off now that I've asked them to sync everything up and work with me on the computers. My emails and computers are more organized and that is due to the technicians. I've heard horror stories from other people that use other computer companies and when I do, I sit there and smile knowing I have the best computer company out there.This is the computer company to use and there is no doubt about that.

  I have a very powerful computer so I was not looking forward to having to replace it but I was having some really unusual problems.  After reviewing the cost of computers, I decided to call on the Sarasota computer repair company for which I have relied upon in the past.  They came out and looked at the computer and found the issues.  We fixed everything that day and no need for me to purchase any of these extremely overpriced computer systems to replace this one.

  I must tell everyone that this is the BEST place for computer repair in the **************! I left my computer with another place and they didn't touch it for 2 weeks. I finally got the computer back and called B2B after reading the reviews and the reviews are not wrong. They came out the next day and had my computer working before they left. They did so much work while they were here for 4 hours but never complained and knew computers better than anyone else I've seen. I've been in ******** for quite some time and I am very impressed by their work. Thank you so much and I am happy to leave you a raving review. You guys did so much and I am really impressed with your knowledge. Thank you thank you. I am happy that you came out so fast because I am moving next Tuesday.

  Computer help experts is the term I would use to describe the service work and the technician that came out today. He not only came out the same day and within a couple of hours of my calling but he took the entire computer apart and was able to figure out that I had a bad piece of memory into the computer. He got the computer up and running. I am a baseball player for the Orioles and not a computer tech. I am very happy I can rely on people like this when I need computer help.

  Thank you for coming to the rescue. At the point where my computer will not turn on, I decided to call. The people at B2B went way out of their way for me and made sure I got the best price on my new hard drive and made sure everything is working. They even discovered Windows 11 was not compatible with my computer. I am really happy with the ****** work received. I would call again if I need some additional help.
