I have been a doctor for almost 30 years and the health of my patient is always first and foremost. So, when I put my faith into the hands of NanoHydrate and HempDrate, the result could not have been any worse. The "lead" chemist and owner ******************* and his brother salesperson ******************* were misleading and failed to correct a product they produced. then offered me $500 to go away. The product they produced had to be pulled from the shelves as I was concerned of its safety and that of all patients. This led to significant loss, both financially and the trust that was lost. NanoHydrate/HempDrate, I'm told is trying to get an *** approval for a different product, yet there is obvious problems with their lab and/or product development and testing. The NanoHyrdate CBD tincture. curdled and solidified within weeks of the production. Some bottles were only have filled and others didn't have a safety seal as I was told they would. The products had an odd odor and a dark cloudy color. (I will be posting videos of this to a website and any review board for the purpose of safety.) When this first occurred, **** said he found the problem and would fix it. The second attempt was far worse and the product quickly turned rancid and curdled worse than the first batch. When I questioned them again, they blamed it on my storage of the products. These products were kept in a cool, darkened room. Of note, many of the second batch were also half-filled and others without a safety seal. I paid $4,698.72 plus an additional $2,000 in bottles, boxes and labels which were rendered useless. They offered a payout of $500 if I signed a waiver to not submit this to the BBB. The waiver suggested I could not hold them further liable. I am seriously concerned as to the safety of this company's practices and I would not want anyone to suffer due to potential safety issues. This company somehow claims it works in an *** approved facility and the Good Manufacturing Practices label.
