  I purchased two hurricane screens from Sun & Storm Systems. The installation team came to my house yesterday (10/9/2023) to install them. It was a difficult process. My installation was very basic / simple yet I had a difficult time communicating with the installation team. Only one of the three spoke English and that was difficult as well. the installation process did not go well. I hope my screens provide the protection that I purchased for $11,200.00. NOT a happy customer. Go elsewhere for this type of product.

  Thank you for your prompt attention to a repair and for sending Andres and Sylvester out this morning. Andres was here for the initial installation, and he is professional and polite - we are happy the screen was easily fixed and working again.   Sun and Storm Systems did a good job for us. They installed hurricane screens across the covered portion of our lanai, and hurricane shades on a three-panel sliding glass door and the door and windows in a two-story foyer, a total of six retractable units. ***** was easy to work with, good about returning calls and emails, and his price was lower than the other firm we talked to. Our property presented some challenges because of the round pillars and the height of the foyer, but ***** dealt with these smoothly. His workmen were professional, including arriving on schedule and cleaning up after themselves, and a minor issue we had was addressed promptly. We were very thankful to have these in place when Hurricane *** came through.

  ********************* owner of **************************** Systems did outstanding job.These screens where unbelievable with Hurricane ***, cat. 5 to keep us safe and our home secure.We were able to leave all our furniture on lanai with this system.Also had ***** install Lexan Panels which held and protected windows.Great Company to deal with.

  ***** reviewed our needs and worked with us on a solution for protecting an area of our lanai. It involved two retractable units. His solution was not cookie-cutter, but was tailored to our specific needs. He was easy to deal with, knew the details of the product and walked us through the entire order/installation process. His contracted electricians were superb. They had to run power from a garage through the attic crawl space to the lanai -- a very tough job. His employee installers were also good and perfectionists in their work. All of them were easy to work with and were willing to deal with homeowner questions. The final product proved its worth when *** came through our community. I would definitely recommend Sun and Storm for any hurricane screen installation. It would be hard to find another company to do a better job. We have been through plumbers, electricians, landscapers, painters -- all the trades. Sun and Storm was the best of any of them.
