"Most definitely DO NOT USE TRUE CARRIER for transporting your camper, car , anything, horrible communication first off, thats not even the worst part, been waiting 3 days for a driver when I told them its an emergency, its a 27ft Camper from Southern Mo to Northern Mo its a easy 3 hr drive pretty straightforward, they CANT find a driver, they CANT give me an estimated wait time, they CANT give me even the slightest of information at all, quoted me $550 with a deposit of $200 and my camper is still there, TERRIBLE customer service, they barley speak or can text English, I will be filing a lawsuit with my attorney for fraudulent negligence and business practices"
