    ********************************************* Gallery installed ****** ******* solar shades throughout my house, 18 in total. One of them had an ongoing issue with the chain getting stuck so shade would not move. It took a few service calls to determine the gear was bad and a replacement was ordered. Unfortunately, when service came to install the new gear, it was discovered that either the wrong part was ordered, or ****** ******* shipped the wrong part. At this point, it had been 3 months since 1st reporting stuck chain. Needless to say, I was not pleased and made my displeasure known to ***** **** and ***** ******. To their credit, they immediately responded, and ***** offered to motorize the shade free of charge. Today the new motorized shade was delivered and ************ company is perfect. Every company will have an issue from time to time. My 5-star rating for ********************************************* Gallery is twofold. 1st because their sale and installation of 18 solar shades was impeccable. The fact that 1 shade had a manufacturer defect is not their fault. The 2nd reason for 5 stars is their ongoing customer service after initial installation. ********************************************* Gallery stands behind their work and will do whatever necessary to complete a project even months after the sale has been completed. That's what makes them outstanding.I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Quality and service are the ******* appreciation to ***** **** and ***** ****** for all their support and diligence as we worked through my defective shade problem.***** ******
