    I wish zero starts were possible. I cannot recommend or trust this company, Petpal’s staff, the careless receptionists and the veterinarian Londono to process my Trifexis order paired with 1800 pet meds in a timely manner. Petpal botched my Trifexis order 3 times from 1/18/2023, 2/1/23 and finally 2/10/23. All I wanted was a six month flea prevention for my dog. I had paid for her heartworm test in 1/4/23 in order to start her Trifexis. I had to cancel the first 1800petmed order because Petpal took over a week and a half to even verify my 1800petmeds script and never contacted me to let me know that they approved my order. The second time I ordered was cancelled by Petpal’s vet. Petpal as of today 2/10 are requesting that I pay them more money $37 for ANOTHER heartworm test and refuse to honor my past orders placed on 1/18 and 2/1 and 2/10. You have to wait nearly two weeks for Petpal’s time frame to say yes to 1800 pet meds. Pet pal doesn’t print or email the heartworm / Trifexis script to me to send in myself to 1800 pet meds. If I sent it in, it would have been done the right way while I placed my order. During my order with 1800 pet meds, Petpal never called or emailed me to confirm their acceptance of my heartworm/ Trifexis script. 1800petmeds was emailing me nonstop with updates on Petpal not picking up their phone calls. Now my dog has fleas and my cats too because of Petpal’s CARELESS timeframe. I’ve been dealing with a very careless phone receptionist all day today (2/10/23) from 9:34 am to 2:36 pm as well as these past few weeks. My dog and my cats have to suffer fleas because of the staff’s carelessness.
