"Why are providers paying the fee that the insurance company should pay? It is the insurance companies benefit to not distribute checks; therefore they should be responsible for paying fees charged by Zellis to process payments for services that providers supplied." ... Read full review

"hard to get to talk to someone, they keep sending virtual credit cards that I have to call every time and after being on hold for two hours, they send a paper check. Very unprofessional, I don't understand why insurance companies sign up for this kind of garbage."
