- Additional Info:BBB has received a pattern of complaints alleging that consumers are required to get a prepaid Google Play Card and add money to it. Once money was placed on the card, the consumers were told to e-mail the company back with a picture the card number so that the loan amount could be transferred to the prepaid card. Instead of receiving the promised loan amount, the company debited the card, and the consumers never received the promised loan.
