    They couldn't get it right had the car for over a week then when I went to pick it up brakes were to the floor. Took the car in for oil change and mis firing and was worse when I picked it up.

     We were truly heartbroken to see this review. We honestly felt that we gave very clear information and allowed you to make any decisions before moving forward with repairs. You never said anything to us in person and you were even wishing us happy holidays on the way out the door. We spoke to you last night to do our very best to try to resolve any issues but you said you have already sold the vehicle. Even though we never serviced the braking system we still offered to take a look at them completely free. As far as the issue for the vehicle running rough, we were very clear from the start that the vehicle was going to need many steps in repair to fix the issues. We knew this due to the complexity of the issue and that the vehicle is 22 years old with 145k miles on it. We even provided technician diagnostic notes and pictures that stated additional testing will need done after each step. You approved the first two steps and declined the third step. That being said, the final repair that was needed was not approved and the vehicle was still running rough. From our point of view,we communicated very well, made really great progress on the vehicle's root issue and you were happy with our professionalism. Please allow us to get better by giving us the chance to speak with you again to resolve any issues or miscommunications that we ran into.
