      I am a foreign student who graduated from high school in the ** and also earned an Associate's Degree from a US institution. I came across an advertisement for Saint Leo University World Campus on ********* According to the university, they require transcripts to be sent via email; however, my high school does not offer that option. Despite this, I have been trying to address the issue with the university for several weeks.To enroll in the program, I had to set up automatic payments to the school. After a few weeks, a second payment was sent. However, I still have not received a student number or any other information. According to the university's policy, refunds are not provided after a certain number of days have passed. The delays on their end have caused me to be ineligible for a refund.I would like to emphasize that this behavior is not in line with ********* values. Now, the university is harassing me to start classes. Given this experience, I am not inclined to attend a school that contradicts its representation of ********* principles.
