- CANCELLATION TERMS AND POLICY Recovery Doll Travel Concierge cancellation policies and addition to service terms and conditions: Dear valued client, Thank you for trusting Recovery Doll Travel Concierge to be such an integral part of your surgery journey, we know you understand that our policies and procedures are only in place to ensure the service we provide to you are done so seamlessly. With that in mind please review the following terms regarding our services. * Please note the remaining balance of outstanding invoice(s) must be paid within 5 days or your service date (this is also noted on your invoice sent when you made your booking). A Non- payment indicates you are forfeiting your deposit and your booking date will be cancelled. * All Deposits are non-refundable but valid for use with Recovery Doll for 1 calendar year. * If you change or modify your surgery date for any reason your invoice is subjected to any rate changes that may apply. Please verify with us before you make changes to your dates. * If you cancel your surgery within 5 days fees are nonrefundable but valid for re-use within the calendar year. * All cancellations outside the 5day+ window are assess a 50% cancellation fee. * Surgeries that are cancelled for any reason during pre-op which is the day prior to your service, are non-refundable. Consideration will be given to cancellations beyond your control and only done so at Recovery Doll Travel Concierge discretion. And proof will be required to any claim of refund. We will do our best to accommodate any new surgery date, your payment will be applied to new dates. * We require that you speak to your surgery facility about having an early morning surgery or surgery before 12noon. Surgery times beginning after 3pm are considered night shift as you will likely be in surgery 4-5 hours after scheduled time. Night Shift starts at 7pm, night shift hours are billed at $75-$100 per hour. So please disclose to your facilities coordinator you are paying a company for aftercare service and require a morning
