  Terrible experience. They do not answer their phones when called and when they do answer they give an attitude. They told me my car would be delivered in 3 days and it took 9. They blamed it on a holiday however they knew there was a holiday when they had originally scheduled my delivery. Car was eventually delivered and was without damage luckily.

  This company provides poor service and doesn't communicate with the clients effectively. My car was picked up and delivered 12 days later. The transportation was expected to be 3 days. I reached out to the broker ******* *********, they couldn't get a hold of the driver or dispatch for a week. Poor communication and poor service.

  After carefully reading the bad review about Righteous Path Auto Carriers I was not going to take a chance until I decided to talk with the company owner only because so many of my friends had great experiences with Matthew and his company. I am a snow bird that travel from the north to the south in the winter time. Matthew explained to me that 1 out of 650,000 + vehicle they have transported shouldn't convince me they are not a good company. Matthew also explained the customer who wrote the bad review car was very old and the hood latch didn't hold up which is out of their control. Also being that the broker also declined the customer claim there must be some truth to it. So I decided to ship my car with Righteous Path Auto Carriers and my God it was a great experience from beginning to end. When the driver arrived It was close to the time I had to be at the airport and my **** driver was 15 min away. The driver offered to take me to the airport in my vehicle so I wouldn't miss my flight!!! I spoke to Matthew about the outstanding services I received and he said to me we are not perfect but we try our very best to keep everyone happy and he wish more people such as my self that has a good experience to please share because people are quick to write when things go bad but never when things go good. Well Mr Matthew your company gets 5 stars from me and you have a customer for life even if things go wrong we will make it right together. I highly recommend this company. His entire office staff is super friendly. Let's love on our truckers as they keep this country moving.
