    Timeshare companies as a whole need to be regulated by the federal government. I do not believe what they are doing is fair or right to any consumer and all of this sucks. Now, I did reach out to Owens and Associates for assistance and the speed of their answers are not the greatest. What I will say in their defense is that they have not lied to me about anything that is going on with my case. I personally validated what was told to me by just calling and confirming with the timeshare company if my account is flagged or is in resolution. They confirmed that Owens and Associates was on the case. All of us are frustrated with the process, please keep in mind and be patient that if you retained Owens & Associates, let them work the process. All of the other companies I have called in the past wanted to charge me more than 8-10k to get out of my timeshare agreement. The headaches from the delays outweigh the cost of doing business elsewhere in my opinion. One last thing to keep in mind before bashing this company, just like any other company out there the pandemic has caused more trouble "downstream" than any of us can imagine. I truly appreciate all of the work they have done thus far and look forward to this case being resolved soon. In closing, stay the course and it will be completed. And another note, I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. I AM LIKE YOU! Thank you!
