    Customer service is a -5. There no purpose in providing a customer service number if no one answer. Well I emailed the company about a concern of my only to receive in response a email that didn’t address the issue. This company need to be shut down!

    Thank your for the opportunity to respond to the complaint from Ms. *** *****.  For reference, NES has been hired by the ********* of ********************************************* to read their submeters and bill each home based on their readings and the rates billed by *******************. This unit is owned by ******** *********** and is the only person allowed to make changes to the account.  Ms. ** ***** is a tenant of Mr ******************* style="box-sizing: content-box;">

    Our policies and agreements are established with the association and property owners, not directly with tenants. We have informed the tenant that the account owner must contact us via phone or email to provide details regarding the tenants move-out. Additionally, the owner is responsible for calculating the final bill, as we do not close or issue final bills to tenants. Mr. *********** has contacted NES and has removed Ms. *** ***** from his account. 





    If there is anything we can assist with  Mr. *********** and Ms. *** ***** can reach out by email at ***************************************************************************************************************** or by phone at ************** Monday thru Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST.

    NES is not great, but they are not horrible. They don't meter the water, so actual usage is not calculated. They go by per person and the number of units in the building. We got charged for usage over Thanksgiving and we were not even home for a few days. Our previous bills were $38-$43 with a different company, and our water bills have been $30 more with NES. I don't understand how not metering is beneficial and it really does not make any sense. One family in our building could have 7 people living in it and use 3x-4x as much water as we do, and we are a family of 4 and are paying for part of others' usage. My apartment manager knows our dislike of NES because of the non-metering and the fact our water bill has been $30 higher than it used to be. Can't change the company, but our voice was heard.

    ******* was so easy to work with and went out of her way to help with a special circumstance a tenant was dealing with. I appreciated her prompt response and going above and beyond to make it all happen in a timely manner.

    Dealing with the personnel at NES has never been ideal. Their communication needs to improve. We have ended our partnership with them in unfavorable terms.

    At first, I thought it was a simple set up fee like most places when you move to initiate service. No, not with these folks. It should be a crime to charge residents $25+ every month to send a water bill. My water bill was only $16 last month, but this company charges $25 ON TOP of your bill every single month as an "admin fee." Really? Never have I seen an "admin fee" so high just to deliver a bill. $5 for a paper mailed bill, maybe but $25+ from EVERY resident should not be legal. It is absurd that you throw in an audacious excessive charge that is more than what is even being used. This is not a complaint about water usage, or why it fluctuates, it's a simple note that you are overcharging people starting with the so-called "admin fee." Start there, do better.On a side note, if you are charging $25/month, I should be able to get my water tested for free since it has an odor when it is first turned on. Let me guess, you only distribute the bill and have nothing to do with the quality of water...I'll wait to see what type of response I get on this piece. Sad and unfortunate, but someone has to take a stand against ridiculous charges you are pushing out to consumers.Magnolia South Resident ************, **

    They dont know what they are talking about. March usage 1,750=$83 ***** usage 670=$61 Like how is ***** less than half the usage but almost cost the same as double usage? What are the rates? Because the total amount is not adding up.
