  I want to write a review for Ballfer Fencing, Ruskin. After category 3 Hurricanes Helene and Milton, our fence, with a double gate, two doors, and the rest combination of vinyl and picket, not only remained intact, we didn’t lose one panel! Others in my subdivision with Ballfer fences have all shared with me in our community social media page, how glad we are with our fences and the quality of work. Almost every other homeowner with a fence (who went with other companies), plus the community fencing have all fell like dominoes. Highly recommend Ballfer Fencing.

  I had a fence installed by Ballfer Fence ** 2 years ago for $11,900. I didn't leave a review at the time of installation because there was a problem with poor communication from the guy they left in charge during the install and I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt. I don't like to leave bad reviews for small local businesses. After no return call to my first call a couple of weeks ago I called again and spoke to *****. I let him know both of my drive-in gates were leaning in with the top portion of the gates hitting each other, making it difficult to close the gates. I also let him know that, while ***********, who was the owner at the time my fence was installed, said the hardware for the fence would be the same as the hardware on my neighbor's fence, I noticed the hardware is not the same on the drive-in gates. My neighbor's drive-in gate has three hinges per gate panel. Mine only have two hinges per gate panel. ***** came and looked at the problem. He tried to tell me the "earth moved" and that's why my gates are leaning in. And he says because I am over the one year warranty period they will charge me to repair their faulty installation. I pointed out that he is saying the "earth moved" on both my sets of drive-in gates which are one hundred feet apart, but that somehow my neighbors gates are still straight, the "earth hasn't moved" even though that fence is several years older than mine. He didn't have an answer to that. He insisted that I will have to pay. And the "fix" he wanted to charge me for was not to dig up the posts and reset the gates. He said he was going to shorten the panels a couple of inches! That's not a fix! By doing that the problem would return. They weren't even going to repair it! They wanted to charge me $600 to put a band aid on it! I'll get it repaired properly by a fence company with better integrity. Beware.

  Your Project was Installed 2 years and 8 months ago. With a labor Warranty of 1 year. What you are requesting is out of line. Beacuse of the fear of a bad review we are not going to do as you please. You have top notch material with top notch installation. Having three hinges will not help in any scenario. We are aware of your concerns and many attempts to make us fear of this review. We did what was necessary to assist. We came out to the property to assist your concerns. We make sure to have open communication with you. After two years of having a beautiful fence installed, something happened to your gate that is not our fault. After 2 Years and 8 months of the gate working correctly how come we don’t have integrity. We find it unreasonable that after two year of enjoying your fence. We are blamed for something that is not our fault. Something happened to your gate such as (weather/it took a hit from something/improper use of the gates) it did not just get out of alignment. We do not work under threats, we take pride on our work and will keep assisting customers that treats us with the outmost respect just like we treat our customers. Thank you!

  Ballfer did a fantastic job of estimating our yard. They answered all of our questions and helped us make the best, most cost-effective choices for the exact style and material we were looking for! The installation was excellent and they had it all done by the afternoon of the same day they arrived. I honestly can't have imagined it going any better than this. The team is fantastic and they were always in touch with me regarding all the questions I had (even accommodated my busy schedule at the time of installation so that I could be there when they were to complete the job). All in all an A+ job! Would recommend them, and already do, to anyone looking for a fence!

  They are very cordial, quick to reply and stick to their contract. No unexpected costs no add-ons. They work quickly and noiseless. Our residencial fence was put up in one day. The fence was installed straight as an arrow and completely level. Finally they left our site spotless. We highly recommend their all American products and work.

  Estimate on time, contract easy to read and understand, scheduled within a few days of contract acceptance, installation a breeze. HOA a pain with a minor lock requirement but **** made sure the change was done immediately. The job turned out great and extremely impressed with the follow up and customer satisfaction! Would highly recommend this company for any and all your fencing needs. Thanks again for a GREAT JOB!

They responded promptly to all requests and questions and overcomminicated every step of the way to make sure they got it done right.
